It’s a perfect recipe idea to make with leftover bread 🍞.

Okay! Now let’s jump into the recipe…
- 6 bread slices of you choice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onion sprigs, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- A pinch of chilli powder
- Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for frying
In a flat non-stick pan, heat some brushed on ghee.
Carefully dip each slice of bread into the mixture and make sure to get some greens on it.
Fry the soaked bread until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with some chilli garlic sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
